Refund Policy

We offer returns for store credit or even exchanges for all returnable items. Madam37 does not offer refunds to the original form of payment for any items.

Store Credit vs Even Exchange

Return for Store Credit:
Send your item back and receive a Madam37 store credit for the approved return amount (excluding original shipping). You can use this credit on any future purchase on Madam37.com.

Even Exchange:
Send your item back and receive the same item in a different size or the same style in a comparable size, if available. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will provide you the choice to wait for a restock (when a restock is planned) or have your return processed as store credit.

  • Return & Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

  • After 14 days from the delivery confirmation date, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Once your return is approved, your return merchandise must be received within 13 days.

  • Items that do not meet the Return Condition criteria below will be denied and returned to sender.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

You can start a return for store credit or an even exchange directly through their Madam37 account using Shopify’s self‑serve return portal.

To submit a Return or Exchange Request:

  1. Log into your Madam37 account at https://account.madam37.com using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Go to Your Orders and select the order you’d like to return or exchange.
  3. Click Request Return and follow the prompts to select your item(s) and reason.
  4. Choose whether you’re requesting a store credit or an even exchange (when available).
  5. Submit your request and watch your email for updates.

You can expect to receive up to 3 emails:

  • Return Request Confirmation – letting you know we received your request
  • Return Approval or Rejection – confirming if your return meets our policy
  • Return Received + Store Credit or Exchange Tracking – once your item is processed

Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return labels and shipping fees for returns are not covered by Madam37 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or offer.

Return Condition

All returning merchandise must be in original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance (including perfumes, oils, or strong scents), or damage
  • Original tags attached

Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within thirteen (13) days of the email approving your Return Request. A store credit or exchange cannot be issued until the original item has been received and inspected.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Stationery
  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Items on sale
  • All redlined merchandise marked “Final Sale”
